One of our favourite places to eat. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. There is a wide selection of food, mainly with a French accent but includes fish & chips and burgers etc, so it's good if you have fussy kids. They do roast dinners on a Sunday, but keep their regular menu too, unlike many pubs etc. It's a bring your own booze place with 4 corkage. When we were having building work we practically eat every meal here and the food is always great.

Very clean, well organised restaurant with an excellent menu. Our roast dinners were very good and the vegan roast was lovely. The menu is particularly well suited to those who love french cuisine with many classics being available at a reasonable price although I cannot confirm their quality I would assume it is also amazing.

Lovely cafe in Hove. We sat in the covered outside courtyard as weather was good and it was lovely. The food was delicious and prices good. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Will definitely return. The Sunday roast looks good - will return to try out the veggie option for sure!

I went for lunch here, found it by a quick google search: best fish and chips near me. Large portions which were freshly cooked and up to standard.. jacket potato looked abit black/brown inside and was hard.. still edible. Fish and chips were a delight to eat and we had it taken away. Service was incredible with one lady managing it by herself but she was very attentive. Would recommend as they have a very extensive menu which has something for everyone. Would visit again lovely spot x

First time, having passed it so many times and promised to try it! Glad we persevered as thougherly enjoyed it, with provincial French cooking. Great quality and quantity. Interesting it is a bring-your own wine, and we even bought our own appperatives! Highly recommended. Calamari starter, Brrton Poulet, cassolet de canard, cheese, washed down with out own Beaujolais.

Yes we went in, from the outside looks rather plane and quite , actually just the way we like it no crowds. Food excellent , we had the Lamb Shank twice , and the Beef Bourguignon twice !! Yes we went twice. Tips. BYO and theres a "Off Licence" next door , result. Also they don't charge for corkage, another result. Also NO , yes NO service charge , so tip well folks and enjoy this little Hove "Little Gem"

This was the first time of eating here. Outstanding food - beautifully cooked steak and perfect chips, an apple tart tatin as good as any I’ve ever had, very good vibes with cool jazz and an appetising menu it might takes months to work through. Highly recommended and it owing be long before I am returning!!
